ORDERS
The payment methods available on our website are: VISA, MAESTRO and MASTERCARD bank cards.
The prices of all our products include VAT. When you add them to the shopping cart, only the shipping cost will be added.
If the payment method you used to place the order has been charged, but you have not received the confirmation email, don't worry, your order has been processed correctly. To find the confirmation email, check your spam folder, check that you have entered your email address correctly and if you still have not received it, write to us at info@notonlyoga.com so we can help you.
Modifications can be made to the items as long as the order has NOT been prepared to be shipped. To do this, write to us at info@notonlyoga.com so we can help you.
If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, there is no problem canceling your order. We will refund you the full amount.
If your order has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled, you must process a return. For any questions regarding this, write to us at info@notonlyoga.com so we can help you.
SHIPPING
All orders with 24/72 hour shipping, orders with free shipping or international shipping, placed within our business hours*, will be prepared and shipped the same day.
Orders placed outside of our business hours* (after 4:00 p.m.) will be prepared and shipped the next business day.
All orders destined for the Canary Islands include a maximum preparation period of seven business days.
*Working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MF.

- National-peninsula orders are FREE with no minimum purchase.
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla: FREE shipping with purchases over €100. For purchases less than €100, shipping costs will be €10.
For orders to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla; Customs charges will be paid by the client, reaching a cost of up to €20 or a cost that will depend on the value of the purchase in the case of Andorra.

For purchases from Portugal-peninsula:

Changes can be made to the shipping address as long as the order has not been shipped.
Any change of address after shipment will have an additional cost that you must consult with us.

We are not responsible for any customs expenses incurred in the country of receipt of the package.
In the event that the package is returned, shipping costs for administrative costs will not be refunded.
When we prepare your order you will receive an email from the transport company with all the information regarding the shipment.
In the email, you will find your tracking number, with which you can know where your order is at all times and manage the delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- The customer receives the order in poor condition. In this case, NOY will bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs.
- The customer has chosen the wrong size and wants to change it. In this case, the customer must bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs. NOY will cover the new shipping costs for the size change.
- The product is not what the customer expected and wants to change it. In this case, the customer must bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs. NOY will cover the new shipping costs for the exchange.
- The product does not correspond to what the customer expected and wants to make a return. In this case, the customer must bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs.
- *Gift cards cannot be returned.
⚠️ It is essential that the products are in perfect condition without having been used, both labels and seals must not have been removed.
In order to process an exchange or return, it will be necessary to include in the package the document called "delivery note", which the brand always sends along with the initial order. It will always be the customer's responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to send the return to NOY and ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return. The customer is responsible for the condition of the product until it is received at NOY.
All products purchased with a discount code may be exchanged for the same product following our exchange policy.
If you process an exchange for another product, the discount code applied to the original purchase will no longer apply.
You can begin the exchange or return process by sending us an email to the address info@notonlyoga.com where you must tell us if it is an exchange or return and the reason. We will respond to you within a maximum period of 24 hours, with instructions to begin the process.
You must go to an office of the CORREOS MESSAGING COMPANY (it is important not to go to another courier company ) to send the package to the following address:

Indicate the sender and delivery address in a visible area of the package.
Once we receive the package and approve the return, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund amount will be paid within 7 business days of notification, in the same payment method that was purchased.
Remember that the costs for returns or exchanges (and customs) are borne by the customer. The company will only be responsible in case of loss or defect.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
After approving the return, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account within the next 7 days after notification.
For all orders placed between November 23 and December 31, the deadline for exchanges and returns is extended until January 15 of the following year.
WARRANTY
All NOY items have a 2-month warranty from the order delivery date. The warranty will only apply in those cases in which there is a manufacturing defect, and the damage has not been caused by misuse.
The NOY customer service team will study in detail whether, in each case, the damage has been caused by misuse of the parts.

CARE GUIDE
Take care of your new NOY pieces, so that they are kept in perfect condition and thus extend the useful life of your garments.
Due to its nature, we recommend following the care instructions that we indicate both on our website and on the cards that we send you with each NOY order you place.
We recommend that:
- Do not dry clean your clothes
- Wash inside out
- Maximum temperature 30º C
- Always wash with similar colors
- Treat your clothes with care and keep them away from sharp, sharp objects and Velcro.
- Does not use bleach or fabric softener
- Does not use dryer
- You do not need to iron any of the yoga garments, if you would like to do so, we recommend that you do it inside out and at a low temperature.
- Avoid snagging and rubbing the garments with objects that can damage the stitch of the fabric.
